Industry to Edu collects the information educators and organization staff provide to use the service: names, work email addresses, phone numbers, organization details, booking details and uploaded documents.

Students. Students do not have accounts. When an educator adds a group roster, we store only first name, last initial and grade. Documents such as permission slips are visible only to the requesting school, the host organization and Industry to Edu administrators.

How we use information. To operate the platform, verify schools and partners, send booking notifications, and keep the service safe. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Sharing. When a school requests an opportunity, the host organization sees the request details, contact information, roster and uploaded documents for that booking.

Service providers. We use Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), and Vercel (hosting). Email is sent from our own mail server.

Your choices. You can update your profile and email preferences in Settings, or contact hello@industrytoedu.com to delete your account.
