How Industry to Edu works
Organizations everywhere want to share their work with students — and schools want real-world learning. But tours, events and internships live in scattered emails, PDFs and personal contacts. Industry to Edu is the shared place where both sides meet.

Questions
- Who can sign up as a school?
- Teachers, counselors, administrators and CTE/career coordinators using their school-issued email. Public schools on .edu, k12 or district domains are verified automatically. Private and independent schools (for example on .org) upload a staff ID or a letter on school letterhead, which our team reviews and then deletes. Personal addresses like Gmail can't be used.
- Who can become a partner?
- Companies, studios, museums, performing-arts organizations, nonprofits and public agencies that offer tours, events, workshops, or internships for K–12 and college students. Every partner is reviewed before listings go live.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. Industry to Edu is free for schools and partners during our launch.
- How do approvals work?
- Partners choose per listing: instant booking (spots are confirmed automatically while space remains) or manual review (the partner approves, declines or requests changes).
- What about waivers and permission slips?
- Partners attach the forms they need to a listing. After booking, schools upload completed documents directly to the request — no email attachments.
- Can I see bookings in my calendar?
- Yes. Every user gets a private calendar feed you can subscribe to from Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar, and each booking has Add-to-calendar links.
- Do students need accounts?
- No. Educators manage the group. Rosters store only first names, last initials and grade.
